PIMCO's Gross Advocates a Credit Transfusion

In PIMCO's March 2009 Investment Outlook, Bill Gross advocates government policies "never contemplated seince the days of FDR" to provide a credit transfusion to the U.S. economy.  His article outlines the differences between a recession and a depression and warns against potectionist trade measures and nationalizing U.S. banks.
