Trustees of Detroit's Pensions Accused of Financial Abuses

On May 6, writers Jennifer Dixon and Tin Lam of the Detroit Free Press brought to light apparent financial abuses among the trustees of the city's pension plans:  "Detroit's public pension trustees approved trips last year to more than 100 conferences around the globe, even as the city's two pension funds were losing billions."
