Bill Gross: Treasury Yields are Insufficient

In his latest monthly commentary PIMCO's managing director Bill Gross writes that existing Treasury yields "fail to adequately compensate investors for the risk" of owning them.  He believes that low policy rates and government maneuvers such as quantitative easing are keeping interest rates artificially low, adding to duration risk.
