Siegel: Stocks are "Deeply Oversold"

In his latest weekly commentary, Wharton Professor Jeremy Siegel writes that the threat of deflation has passed and that a third round of quantitative easing from the Fed is unlikely when it meets this week.  In addition, he believes that the U.S. equity market is "deeply oversold" and could turn around with improved news about the European sovereign debt crisis.
