CHUCK SKLADER, Arizona Service Manager
Chuck is responsible for Arizona client service support and has 27 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Prior to joining Innovest, he was the vice president of a four state territory responsible for sales and service of retirement plans and supplemental retirement plans. In his role he was also responsible for hiring, training and supervising registered representatives and financial advisors.
For the last 17 years, Chuck has provided consulting services to more than 40 plans with the vast majority being governmental entities. In his role, Chuck analyzed recordkeeper contracts and also conducted Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assisted with transitions.
Chuck has also analyzed retirement plan investment menus and plan investments including fixed accounts, collective trusts, and mutual funds, educated decision makers on the key components of investments and documented recommended courses of action. His central theme was, “Every decision should be based on what is in the best interest of the participants.”
Chuck has co-authored two articles, “Evaluation of Asset Allocation Funds” and “Rethinking Public Sector Asset Allocation Models.”
Chuck current resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a graduate of Winona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration.
