Donna Patch, AIF®, RF™, Principal, Director
Donna is a Principal and Director with Innovest Portfolio Solutions LLC. She is a member of Innovest’s Marketing Group, responsible for developing new client and project business as well as developing and facilitating industry seminars and events. She is also a member of Innovest’s Investment Committee, which makes decisions on investment related research and due diligence. She has over 16 years experience in institutional marketing.
Donna holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. Having successfully completed this course of study, Donna uses her expertise to ensure that Innovest institutional clients are following a prudent investment process utilizing the Uniform Fiduciary Standards of Care. Donna is a Registered Fiduciary™. The designation is based on the 2010 Fiduciary Standards of the Foundation for Fiduciary Studies and validated by Dalbar, Inc., an independent expert. This designation represents Donna's commitment to acting in the best interest of clients.
Prior to joining Innovest, Donna was an Information Systems Consultant with Digital Equipment Corporation and a Sales Engineer with the Allen-Bradley Company. She graduated from The University of Michigan with a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Donna serves as the Chair of the Colorado Public Plan Coalition. This non-profit organization provides education and networking opportunities for administrators of Colorado public plans and facilitates a forum for exchange of information and advancement of sound practices. In addition, she is President-Elect of the Denver Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefits Board. Donna is very active as an educational and community volunteer. She has been on the board and elected President of numerous parent-teacher clubs and community athletic organizations. Donna is a member of the Colorado Government Finance Officers Association (CGFOA), Colorado Municipal League, National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA), and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
