Noel is a Manager at Innovest. He is responsible for overseeing portfolio accounting, reconciling security transactions and custodial statements, preparing client reports, and verifying portfolio performance. Noel is also a member of Innovest’s Due Diligence Group, responsible for both qualitative and quantitative manager due diligence, and making recommendations to Innovest’s Investment Committee.
Noel has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Innovest, Noel worked as Supervisor of Investment Accounting Operations at Janus Capital Corp. where he oversaw corporate action processing, security valuation, trade input, security master maintenance, and board reporting.
Noel has also served as a Senior Fund Accountant at State Street Boston and Founders Asset Management where he supervised investment accountants and reviewed their work to ensure accurate general ledger account balance for daily pricing of portfolios.
Noel earned a BA in Finance with an emphasis in Mathematics from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. He enjoys skiing and spending time with his family. Noel is married with 2 children.
