Pamela Cruz, Accounting Manager
Pam is responsible for overseeing all financial accounting functions at Innovest including production and analysis of financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable and all payroll functions.
In addition, she is responsible for Human Resources which includes keeping abreast of the changing State and Federal labor laws, new hire/termination processing, and coordinating employee insurance issues and disability claims. She also manages our IT providers, coordinating implementation, and solutions with our vendors, as well as negotiating renewals for services and equipment. She also reports to principals and employees regarding compensation reviews and vacation usage.
She joined Innovest in 2007, bringing with her several years’ experience in bookkeeping and office management, working for a CPA office and a money management firm.
Pam is involved in her community and church. She volunteers at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado, and served on the board for Southwest Denver Soccer for two years during which time she coached developmental soccer. Currently, she is in charge of the Booster Club for the Volleyball team at Columbine High School. She is the mother of two high school children and is married to a Sergeant in the Denver Police Department.
