Amy Hanophy, QPFC®, CRPS®

Vice President

Amy Hanophy is a Vice President and Retirement Plan Consultant at Innovest Portfolio Solutions, bringing nearly three decades of experience in retirement plan consulting and financial planning. She works primarily with institutional clients, providing strategic guidance to committees and boards while quarterbacking relationships between plan sponsors and service providers to deliver cohesive, well-managed retirement plans.

Prior to joining Innovest, Amy built her career at several Fortune 500 financial services firms, including Charles Schwab, Principal, and TIAA. She began as a financial advisor working with individual clients, later leading a team of advisors at Schwab before transitioning into retirement plan consulting roles. This broad background allows Amy to bring both a participant-focused and fiduciary-focused perspective to her consulting work.

Amy holds the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC®) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) designations and has completed all financial planning coursework at Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Amy grew up in southern Illinois, went to high school in Florida, and moved to Colorado in 1995 after completing her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. A former collegiate runner, she competed in and later coached track and field and cross country and was inducted into the UNCW Athletics Hall of Fame in 1998.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys golfing with her husband and her golf league, running, reading, and teaching her teenage son how to drive.
