Cristy Ginn

Senior Analyst

Cristy is a Senior Analyst on Innovest’s Marketing team. Her responsibilities include writing proposals, creating presentations, and planning and coordinating events. With a background in event planning, project management, sales, and photography, she is dedicated to understanding client need and project parameters, delivering thoughtful solutions, and communicating the story and value of Innovest at every opportunity.

Cristy graduated from Wheaton College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics. Prior to joining Innovest, she worked in both commercial real estate and the nonprofit space. Having grown up and served overseas with CRU (previously named Campus Crusade for Christ), she has developed a strong appreciation for travel and diverse cultures. In her most recent role at the nonprofit Focus on the Family, she served as a creative project manager and systems expert for ClickUp. Certified as a ClickUp Power User, Cristy is passionate about project strategy, workflow optimization, implementation, and scalability.

Outside of work, Cristy enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever, exploring Colorado’s trails and scenic views.
