Denise Rice, M.S.

Senior Analyst

Denise serves as a key member of the Client Service and Police Retirement Plan Administrative Teams, where she not only assists clients and officers with their financial needs but also plays an integral role in ensuring seamless processes and operational excellence. Her leadership is evident in guiding smooth transitions, overseeing distribution workflows, and providing strategic administrative support that enhances client satisfaction.

Denise earned a BA in Behavioral Science and an M.S. in Educational Counseling from National University in San Diego. Before joining Innovest, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills by dedicating sixteen years to classically educating her four children. Prior to that, she spent thirteen years in higher education, culminating in her role as Director of Admissions for the University of Northern Colorado’s Denver office, where she managed teams and drove enrollment success.

Outside of work, Denise leads with the same passion, whether hiking Colorado trails, fostering meaningful connections with loved ones, or lending her voice to her church choir.
