Joshua Arendt

Analyst Assistant

Joshua serves as an Analyst Assistant on the Marketing Team. In this role, he supports proposal writing, presentation development, event management, event organization, and the creation of marketing materials, including social media content and website management.

Joshua graduated from Benedictine College with a bachelor’s degree in finance. During his college years, Joshua served as the Vice President of the Student International Business Council and was heavily involved with projects serving clients in Spain, France, South Africa, Texas, California, and Kansas. He also played volleyball as a middle blocker for the Benedictine Men’s Club Volleyball team.

Before joining Innovest, Joshua gained experience through a variety of roles, including serving as a Human Resources Sergeant for the Kansas and Colorado Army National Guards, managing a student-run coffee shop, and serving as the Vice President of the Student International Business Council.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys playing volleyball, snowboarding, and hiking. He also has a passion for music; having played piano since the age of six, he expands his musical passion by learning uncommon instruments in his spare time.
