Principal, CCO, Vice President of Accounting & Human Resources
Pam is a Principal, Chief Compliance Officer, and Vice President at Innovest, where she oversees compliance, accounting, and human resources. She ensures that Innovest adheres to Securities and Exchange Commission regulations as a Registered Investment Advisor. Her financial responsibilities include producing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts receivable and payable, handling payroll, and overseeing tax functions. In addition, Pam leads human resources, staying up to date on evolving labor laws, managing new hire processing, and coordinating employee insurance and disability claims. She also negotiates vendor contracts and oversees service renewals.
Pam earned the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) designation, a credential focused on investment adviser regulatory compliance, ethics, and SEC compliance program administration.
Since joining Innovest in 2007, Pam has brought extensive experience in bookkeeping and office management, having previously worked for a CPA office and a money management firm. Her leadership within the firm extends beyond her official role as she was selected as an Innovest Culture Leader, guiding a team dedicated to fostering the firm’s stewardship culture. This initiative focuses on developing personal and professional characteristics that align with Innovest’s mission and values.
Beyond her work at Innovest, Pam is active in her community and church. She is a devoted mother of two and is married to a Sergeant in the Denver Police Department.
