Sydney Aeschlimann, ASPPA QKS®

Associate Consultant

Sydney is an Associate Consultant on the Retirement Plan Team, a specialized team that maximizes efficiencies and implements process improvements for retirement plan clients. She is responsible for client relationship management, supporting plan sponsors with investment oversight, fiduciary responsibilities, plan design, and recordkeeper relationships. Sydney also contributes to the research and leadership of various processes related to retirement plan investments, including target date funds and stable value products.

Sydney graduated summa cum laude from the University of Northern Colorado, obtaining a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Sydney has co-authored investment-related articles published in Financial Advisor Magazine, PLANSPONSOR, 401k Specialist, and TEXPERS.

Sydney holds the ASPPA QKS® designation, granted by the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries to individuals who demonstrate proficiency in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and operations. This credential reflects her solid understanding of qualified retirement plan regulations and dedication to high ethical standards in the retirement industry.

Sydney is originally from Rochester, Minnesota. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, hiking, camping, and enjoying water activities. She also has a passion for traveling with her boyfriend and friends, seeking adventure, and immersing herself in new cultures.
