Taylor Lupica

Analyst Assistant

Taylor Lupica is an Analyst Assistant at Innovest, supporting Business Development and the Marketing team. She brings experience working in the nonprofit sector in California, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational support and mission-driven work. Her passion for organizational efficiency, service, and community engagement guides her compass at Innovest.

She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. While working on her degree she was actively involved in her faith community and later served with FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students), deepening her commitment to the Catholic faith, support and outreach.

A Colorado native, she recently moved back to the state from California in order to be closer to her family. Taylor’s outside interests include being active in various workout classes, soaking up the sunshine, and participating in both water and snow sports.
