Dustin Roberts, MBA, QKA®, CRPC®, AIF®

Principal

Dustin is a Principal and Consultant at Innovest Portfolio Solutions.  He is a member of the firm’s Retirement Plan Practice Group, a specialized team that identifies best practices and implements process improvements to maximize efficiencies for our retirement plan clients.  He also leads the firm’s Employee Education Team, which works directly with participants and employees by providing educational group presentations and individual meetings.

As a steward to clients, Dustin is passionate about helping plan sponsors execute their fiduciary responsibilities and implement strategies to achieve greater retirement success for employees.  He believes that people and organizations can have exceptional purpose, and his goal is to help them pursue those missions with greater financial security.

Prior to joining Innovest, Dustin partnered with clients in account management and retirement plan consulting roles at Empower Retirement, Aspire Financial Services, and Unified Trust Company.  In the community, he enjoys supporting numerous organizations, including Junior Achievement, Littleton Public Schools, and Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, where he served on the Board of Directors from 2016-2022.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Roots Colorado, Inc. dba DIRT Coffee.

Dustin holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from Fi360, and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and his MBA from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.

Dustin and his wife, Kateri, have two young sons, Declan and Alexander.  Equal parts homebodies and curious travelers, they appreciate being surrounded by family and friends, whether in town or on the go.  Dustin enjoys spending time outdoors running, cycling, skiing, or lounging.  He is originally from Nebraska and, as such, is a lifelong Cornhusker.
