Committed.

Innovest Portfolio Solutions was built on a mission of stewardship; that is, the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one's care. We see it as our responsibility to care for our clients, coworkers, and the community around us.

Our commitment to our community is demonstrated through our charitable donations committee, through service projects performed by Innovest employees, through our participation in a unique corporate work study program with Arrupe Jesuit High School, and in working with our nonprofit clients to help fulfill their mission. Examples include promoting client causes to our larger audience, volunteering at and sponsoring their events, and assisting with stock gift coordination.

In 2023, Innovest employees volunteered 1,900+ hours in the community.

Arrupe Jesuit High School Corporate Work Study Program

The philanthropic mission of our firm is to improve education opportunities to the underserved. Since 2014, Innovest has employed four students from Arrupe through the school's Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP). This unique school provides a college preparatory education and gives each student four years of work experience by partnering with local businesses. During their time at Arrupe, each student is "employed" by a company and in exchange, the company pays a portion of their tuition.

Arrupe students are from economically disadvantaged families. They are usually the first from their families to not only graduate from high school, but also attend college. Each student is assigned a professional mentor at Innovest. CEO Richard Todd also personally established a college scholarship fund for Arrupe students. The CWSP program is very successful. 100% of Arrupe’s fifteen graduating classes were accepted into at least one college or university. Even more impressive, Arrupe alumni (all 1,073) have earned more than $103.7 million in scholarship dollars to date.
