Innovest is pleased to highlight the accomplishments, service efforts, and thought leadership demonstrated during the third quarter of 2026. This quarter marks a special milestone as Innovest celebrates 30 years of serving clients and communities. Our commitment to stewardship, excellence, and community involvement continue to drive meaningful impact across our firm and beyond.
Building Future Leaders at Innovest
We welcomed Avery Santorno and Caroline Elges to our Client Service and Marketing teams and celebrated several well-earned promotions. Principal and Director of Mission and Thought Leadership, Sarah Newman, joined the Leadership Team, Austin Cleveland and Luke Hollister advanced to Associate Consultant, and Marisa Joseph was promoted to Manager. Blanca Quintanilla, Parker Cadieux, Ian Gilbert, Brooklyn Seymour, Sydney Armstrong, and Lauren Wesselman were promoted to Senior Analyst, while Colin Donovan, Mark Elliot, Taylor Lupica, and Taylor Truitt advanced to Analyst.
Following our summer internship program, we thank Ceca Bixenman, Diego Baez, Ethan Lehman, and Shae McDaniel for their contributions to the firm. Diego previously spent four years with Innovest as an Arrupe High School intern, and it was a pleasure to welcome him back to the team this summer. We also continue our partnership with Arrupe Jesuit High School's Corporate Work Study Program, welcoming Romeo Ochoa, Xiamara Uribe, Jeremiah Garcia, and Justin Fierro, who will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the firm throughout the year.
Our Service to Others
Giving back remains a cornerstone of Innovest's culture. We recognized Austin Cleveland and Teri Tomei with our Service to Others Monthly Award for their dedication to colleagues and the community.
Our team supported several impactful initiatives, including Brothers Redevelopment's annual Paint-A-Thon, where we helped complete an entire home for a senior or individual with disabilities. We also participated in a school supply drive benefiting Annunciation School through partnerships with Regis University and the Christ Child Society of Denver and volunteered at Denver Public Schools' Back to Class Bash, helping prepare Goldrick Elementary School for the new academic year.

Innovest continued to share insights through media appearances, publications, and educational outreach. Rich Todd appeared on the Faith & Finance Forum podcast to discuss faith-driven investing and Innovest's growth. Sarah Newman was featured on Catholic Connection with Teresa Tomeo and EWTN Pro-Life Weekly discussing faith-based investing and Catholic values.

Innovest Events and Industry Engagement
Innovest hosted and participated in several events focused on investment, fiduciary, and leadership topics. Highlights included the Napa Nonprofit Summit in July, Faith, Freedom, and Finance in August featuring Christopher Zook of CAZ Investments, and the Christian C-Suite Leadership Summit in September, which explored faith-centered leadership and organizational flourishing.
We also continued our Quarterly Faith-Aligned Webinar Series with a September presentation on strengthening fiduciary oversight amid growing transparency and litigation risks. Additionally, Troy Jensen and Rick Rodgers presented at the Colorado Public Plan Coalition Conference in August on emerging fiduciary considerations, while Sloan Smith joined Jake Lapp of ECFA to provide a quarterly economic and market update.
Innovest at the 9/11 Stair Climb at Red Rocks
Innovest team members commemorated the September 11 attacks by participating in the 9/11 Stair Climb at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Alongside more than 700 participants, our team completed nine laps around the venue, symbolizing the 110 stories of the World Trade Center in honor of the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives. Event proceeds benefited the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and the FDNY Counseling Service Unit, which provide support to firefighters and their families.
Team members Anna Berdahl, Avery Santorno, Brayden Miracle, Caroline Elges, Ian Gilbert, Katherine Mendoza, Mark Elliott, Mary Copeland, and Sydney Armstrong proudly participated in the climb, honoring the courage, service, and sacrifice of those lost on September 11, 2001, while helping preserve their legacy for future generations.
